More than 1 million antidrug booklets distributed by Scientologists in Cortina Olympics
A large-scale drug awareness effort in Italy has surpassed one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in the past month. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide clear information about commonly abused substances and their risks to young people and communities.
Approximately five hundred volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in cities, neighbourhoods and local businesses. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a clear way.
The initiative forms part of Scientology-supported social betterment activities, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. Full details about the campaign can be found here: news eu parlament Italy’s Drug Prevention Campaign Surpasses One Million Booklets Distributed in One Month.
